New Glacies ISO release - Toward stability

A new Glacies ISO have been released, it marks a significant milestone as the build foundations are mostly stable now. It splits into chroot, minimal and gui (arcan) versions, it does not include an installer as it's intended for testing (only manual installation at the moment).

Soon releases focusing on average use (including an installer and common packages), for the achieved stability will provide an easier pace to advance further.
