Eltanin Core

It's a set of *nix tools compatible with the POSIX specification, with minor extensions in some cases.

The core is also composed of a complementary package with tools, mostly, taken from the heirloom project, it has the sole purpose of complementing the Eltanin utilities and it's meant to shrink as the latter grows.
